Philips GoGear SA9200/17
2GB MP3/WMA Player
The Windows Media Player friendly MP3 player. A great iPod
alternative!
OK, let's say
you're one of those "I've never owned an iPod"-types.
You love Windows and you are no slave to iTunes. Your
digital music is all handled by Windows Media Player and you
want to keep it that way. Then you might be interested in
bidding on my frequently used Philips GoGear MP3 Player.
Thin, feather-light, and ultra-intuitive, the GoGear
SA9200/17 MP3 player is a great little music player. The
compact device measures a mere 1.81 by 3.45 by 0.35 inches.
Its 2GB of built-in flash memory stores up to 1000 songs, so
you can listen to your favorite MP3 or WMA tracks while
working out or commuting. And thanks to the 1.7-inch color
LCD screen, which offers a resolution of 128 x 160 pixels,
it displays album art and also lets you share JPEG photos
with friends in slide-show format, complete with a custom
soundtrack in the background!
The GoGear SA9200/17 is easy to control thanks to the
sensory touchpad (which functions very similar to flicking
an iPhone.) This excellent interface lets you navigate
through hundreds of songs easily and smoothly - or one at a
time - in just a few seconds. The scroll key senses your
finger movements on the touchpad and adjusts the speed to
your navigation through the menus or tracks accordingly. The
device also lets you control playback and browse your
playlist at the same time.
Another nice feature is the unit's "PlaysForSure"
compatibility, which guarantees a wide choice of online
music stores and synchronizes your collection easily with
Windows Media Player. Equalizer settings are available for
classic, dance, electronica, hip-hop, lounge, pop, R&B,
rock, spoken word, or custom - and the SRS WOW bass
enhancement provides full-volume bass detail. The GoGear
SA9200/17 runs for up to 14 hours per charge of its
lithium-polymer battery and it charges via the USB cable
when tethered to your computer (no separate charger is
included).
If you need a small, fully-featured MP3 player that works
like a charm with Windows Media Player - this is for you!

The
fine print...
I've run this player under Windows XP, Vista, and Win7 with
no hassle at all. The unit works perfectly and it's in
pretty good shape considering it's age. The front screen
shows very little signs of wear although the back aluminum
case has a couple dings in it.
I don't have the original packaging or manual, but all of
the documentation is an easy download from the Phillips
Support Site. You will get the player, the USB 2.0
sync/charge cable, and earbuds. The unit has been reset to
out-of-the-box factory conditions and I will package it
carefully.
This is
a person-to-person, old-school eBay auction. I'm not a
business, frequent seller, or eBay flipper. This is MY
personal property. There is NO reserve and a LOW starting
bid to get in the game.
Please don't ask me to set a "Buy It Now" price -
just bid and I hope you win! I will box this very carefully to insure it
reaches you in the same condition it's in right
now.
* AK, HI, &
PR residents may bid with an additional $25.00 shipping charge. |
